What is it?

This course equips team leaders and supervisors with the tools and knowledge needed to drive sustainability within their operational areas.

Designed for professionals across all sectors regardless of prior environmental experience, it provides a strategic understanding of how sustainability impacts both business operations and broader organisational goals.

The course covers key topics such as environmental risks and opportunities, legal compliance, resource efficiency, performance improvement, and value chain impact. Managers learn how to embed sustainable practices, engage employees, and overcome barriers to change, all while supporting compliance and aligning with standards like ISO 14001.

Through an online assessment and formal certification, participants gain the confidence and credentials to lead practical, measurable sustainability initiatives, helping their organisations enhance resilience, reduce environmental impact, and improve long-term performance.
